The owner says the dog has never done anything like this before. Is it me, or do the police have a knack for bringing out the worst in people and dogs?
Oooh hahahahaha! So funny! I love pits! they're the best dogs in the world. And why are they blaming just him? I saw a couple other dogs in there biting too! Maybe the bumper was perhaps marked by a male dog and caused this reaction?
